Welcome to MUSEUM PARK LOFTS
The Lofts at Museum Park II were designed and constructed by Chicago's renowned architectural firm, Pappageorge Haymes, and they bring both simple luxury and innovative design to the city's South Loop neighborhood. Barely three blocks due east of the Field Museum, with 21 floors above ground, the Lofts offer gallant views of Lake Michigan, Grant Park and even Soldier Field.
Completed in 2006 and intended to mirror early Chicago warehouses, the building's entryway and common areas boast a variety of sleek, modern designs and decor, including ambient lighting, high ceilings and asymmetrical floor and wall patterns. Also throughout the building's common areas, residents will enjoy 24-hour door staff, a cutting edge fitness center, onsite storage units and indoor garage parking.
At the Museum Park Lofts, residential units feature one, two and three-bedroom layouts, with an exquisite penthouse on the all-glass top floor. Design of the units varies, though all layouts feature 10-foot ceilings, hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows. Most kitchens include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a detached breakfast bar. Several units include a fireplace in the main living area and many include a private balcony.
Conveniently located near the intersection of Michigan Avenue and Roosevelt Road, the Lofts provide ideal accessibility to several of Chicago's most beloved attractions, including the Field Museum, Buckingham Fountain, Soldier Field and Northerly Island Park, where you can explore the shores of Lake Michigan, camp with the family and visit the Adler Planetarium. In addition, commonly favored retail outlets like Target, Marshalls and Jewel Osco are all within a mile of the Lofts.
Dining near the Lofts is a delightfully inviting, no-hassle adventure, with offerings that include Gioco, a rustic Italian establishment, the American-style Bongo Room and Flo & Santos' pizzas and pierogies. Each of these is less than a quarter mile away and each boasts a ZAGAT rating of 21 or higher. Of course, you can also find quality find right outside your door at Panozzo's Italian Market, which shares the Loft building and offers some of the city's best Italian cuisine (along with an impressive ZAGAT rating of 27).
